I know this is kind of stupid, but does anyone here know how i can get taller?
Well there is a process to get taller by breaking your bones here but I'm not sure if you would want to do that.
At the end of Elementary (12) I was about 1,50m. Now that I'm in puberty (almost 14) I am almost 1,80m tall and the tallest of the class.
You are slightly taller in the morning due to there having been no pressure compressing your spine. If you lie down instead of sitting every chance you get, you should be a fraction of an inch taller.
Drink a lot of milk, Sleep more (the average human grows the majority of their height in their sleep) exercise daily, and keep a good diet.
It's not anything you can control, it's a genetic trait, though, maintaining all aspects of health can help you reach your maximum height.
