Although they claim to have found a Hawaiian certificate, is it for real, or was it faked?
Here's a link to a PDF of the Hawaiian one.
Here's a link to a site with a video containing the Kenyan birth certificate.
According to Obama's own half-grandmother, he was born in Kenya.
Apparently, Obama Sr was visiting his parents and took his pregnant wife along. She disliked the way Muslim men there treated their women and was also discriminated for being white. She wanted to go back to Hawaii. Plans were made to send her back, but she went into labor a few hours before her flight and was unable to board the plane. The child, Obama, was born. They then went back to Hawaii.
Would it really change anything if this was true? Impeachment? Reverse everything to the way it was? What do you think?
Ugh, this tired old debate again? Come on people this is fear mongering bull**** if you ask me. He has released his birth certificate already, there is no reason to keep arguing over this.
^this. Seriously, sounds as if americans have nothing better to do than wondering about Obama's origins. And why? Because the republicans tell bull**** to cause trouble to Obama.
The level of fail this shows is unprecedent. America finally gets a black president, and then it's as if it's civil rights mean squat. Really? You have to start questioning a man's origins simply because he's black? I could question every white man who stepped into office, don't see me doing that, now do you?
Also, the questions if he's a muslim. To this I say, "So what?" Is it a secret magical rule that the president of the United States of Fail has to be a Christian? And if he is Christian, then you don't have to worry over it, now do you? Do you need him to be witnessed in a Christian church doing all the special rites and what have you? Want him to youtube that? Or are people going to say it's photoshopped too?
@wolf1991 People questioned McCain's origins too: he was born in a base in Panama, which was owned by the US and is considered legally as a territory.
Religion has very little to do with it: Kennedy was Catholic and was still one of the best presidents we've had. I agree with you, the religion arguement is rather foolish.

And what if a black man was born on that base and ran for president? People would probably turn around and say the opposite. Just because your military has a base somewhere, does not make that base your country. It is another country's land first.
*face palm* Catholicism is a denomination of Christianity! So is Baptist, Lutherin, Jahova Witness, Mormon, 7th Day Adventist, Anglican, Protestant.
Muslims still follow the same god. There are extreme christians like the Westboro Baptist Church, same as there are extreme Muslims.
The base land was owned/purchased by the US and is considered territory, same as a lot of small islands.
The reason Kennedy caused worry is because a Catholic bows to the pope and therefore there was fear that the US would be under the real control of a religious leader outside the US.
Different beliefs, and different religions. Not sure that your point is with this.

Okay? Point?

Right, didn't know that. Still, people would question it regardless. Like it or not Western society is racist.

...
Really? THAT was what people were afraid of? Are you freaking kidding me? I'd say that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, but then, coming from America, this isn't even surprising.
does it really matter? hes helping the country is he not?! that law about u have to be born here is stupid...it makes sense "THE SPYS!!!" but its stupid!
You'd think that a basic knowledge of immigration would've put this argument to rest, it doesn't matter where he was born so long as his parent's were American citizens, the second he was born he was a citizen of the United States. Disregarding that easily found kernel of knowledge, I highly doubt that it is possible for someone who's natural-born citizenship is questionable to be allowed to ascend to the office of president. It's irrelevant that he does not wish to present his birth certificate, are we not all guaranteed the basic right of privacy?
@Kyouzou He is a citizen no matter what, which means he can hold almost any government position (including senator/rep of a state), but a president under the constitution must be born in the United States or its territories (Natural Born Citizen = A person born within the jurisdiction of a national government).

It also counts if one or both of your parents are citizens and have lived some amount of time in the U.S. but give birth to you on foreign soil.
