Although they claim to have found a Hawaiian certificate, is it for real, or was it faked?
Here's a link to a PDF of the Hawaiian one.
Here's a link to a site with a video containing the Kenyan birth certificate.
According to Obama's own half-grandmother, he was born in Kenya.
Apparently, Obama Sr was visiting his parents and took his pregnant wife along. She disliked the way Muslim men there treated their women and was also discriminated for being white. She wanted to go back to Hawaii. Plans were made to send her back, but she went into labor a few hours before her flight and was unable to board the plane. The child, Obama, was born. They then went back to Hawaii.
Would it really change anything if this was true? Impeachment? Reverse everything to the way it was? What do you think?
Have you a link to support that? I know if a parent was a citizen, you are a citizen. But where's it say foreign soil? Here's the Constitution (Article II, Section I, Clause V) "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
Ok that makes sense, but he would still have dual citizenship, making him ineligible for the office? The purpose of the Natural Born Citizen clause was to prevent allegiance to another country. A person with dual citizenship owes allegiance to both the US and the foreign government. The term "natural born" is used to mean a singular allegiance to one and only one nation. Dual citizenship contradicts this. If there's a war between Kenya and a different country, we'll side with Kenya no matter what.
Ok that makes sense, but he would still have dual citizenship,
If the story was even true it would be doubtful, as the story does have them only on vacation. And even if he was born in Kenya he wouldn't have stayed there long and would have had little connection besides a few distant family members.
