@sonicheroes95: I use Epic Slow to simply walk away from the spears. When time resumes, Epic Haste goes into effect to make up for lost time, detonating the spears all at once.

@tom0000009: I regain sanity with abusive medication! I deal 200 damage to myself, no RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE since it was self inflicted.
