They taste the same, they look the same, so I don't know what is different.
Personally, I think that they both taste sort of the same to me. Weirdly, I see and get Sprite more often. I think it's because Sprite came out later than Seven Up.

They're made by different companies.
But if you can't tell, then they do taste the same.
that's literally about the only difference.
I'm betting 90% at least would be the same.
