I hear many mainstream Christians say that Homosexuals, non-Christians, people who don't believe in the "correct" form of Christianity, murderers, rapists, and all-around sinners are condemned to the only place that will accept them, Hell. If so, is Satan more accepting than God? From the previous definition God is only "loving unconditionally" a very small portion of the world and Satan accepts all without hesitation.
well what you said makes more sense to me then the christian belief. i guess theyd explain hell as a place that god just throws the unworthy too and that satan doesnt really have a choice but to accept them. also if hell is a bad place and satan tortures the souls (not christian so idk how hell is in the christian belief) its not really accepting but i agree with you kent
Yep god loves and accepts everyone to live for eternity in the paradise of heaven, except for homosexuals, non-Christians, people who don't believe in the "correct" form of Christianity, murderers, rapists, and all-around sinners, he just tosses them to Satan, who will take just about anyone to live for eternity being tortured in hell.
IN the bible god kills hundreds, maybe even thousands of people. And these are the ones who are named. Satan kills about 6. Which one is better here people. And if god was truly good why doesn't he defeat satan or redeem him or something.

Who is to say and judge people ike that ?You know the final breath is counts. How you can tell He wont forgive us?. Maybe they were going to hell if lived and He took them to heaven by taking their lives earlier.
And if god was truly good why doesn't he defeat satan or redeem him or something.
Since there is a free will and satan is said to be hateful an jealious of the human race, He may considering asking forgiveness before apocalypse after drawing all people he could away from God.
Well, the Bible, although believed as Gods work is the views of man. I don't beleive you go straight to hell - purgatory gives you the chance to repent. I also don't believe homosexuals are condemned to hell, nor objected to purgatory as it's not a sin.
Satan can't be more accepting to god as you're forgetting the purpose of hell - an eternity of torture. The whole fire, brimstone, pain. God offers a paradise, Satan offers torture. Maybe he accepts more people but him, as a fall angel, still makes their life where they are going "Hell".
Satan has nothing to offer but a bunch of lies.He casted away because of his pride. He is playing his role because of his hate on mankind that is to show the God we are worthless.
I don't beleive you go straight to hell - purgatory gives you the chance to repent.
The church are the ones who came up with this concept. It's just a heavy interpretation of the Bible and has a basis in pre-Christian traditions of caring for and praying for the dead. The concept of purgatory as a place only came about around 1160. So I find it funny how you claim the Bible to be the work of humans and then use another human concept very loosely based in those human concepts compounded by other human concepts as your reason.
Satan can't be more accepting to god as you're forgetting the purpose of hell - an eternity of torture.
The very existence of a place for eternal torture negates Gods all loving nature.
I'm fully aware of when Purgatory came about, but my beliefs are my beliefs.
To answer if God cast the Devil to hell. The old story goes like this: God gave the angel Lucifer (Light-bearer) authority, more so than other angels which he apparently abused. He was cast out by God after adam and eve were created so it's a contradiction to call the fallen angel the devil as the devil supposedly tempted adam and eve.
It's such a silly story to understand. A whole bunch of angels were cast out with him. Reportedly one third.

Yeah and I was pointing to the basis of those beliefs seeming to be in a bit of a contradictory position. You don't believe all the Bible because of it being the work of humans, then you turn around and claim a belief in something that is clearly and knowingly the work of humans. Your clearly using different standards here.
