I'm saying late in that that religion used to be in full height with grand statues and buildings dedicated to the gods, now they are considered myths and laughed at. I used to think tha all gods were real since everyone believes so firmly in their own, now I just conclude none of them are right because of that.
I think the Greek gods hold about as much weight as the Abrahamic God. Popularity has nothing to do with validity.
I do meditate, but that has nothing to do with religion.
Scientifically speaking meditation has shown to have positive effects. Not because of supernatural properties but because of it's ability to relax the body.

I'm pretty sure a religion is just a system of beliefs formulated by from one person. In other words, it's one person's system of beliefs (Someone has to start a religion, right?) Therefore it means that whatever I believe in could become a religion, as long as I get sufficient followers? Example: Marxism? Maoism? I'm pretty sur we could count them as religions, even though they're not as widely known as Christianity. :/ As long as you believe in that system of beliefs (Not sure who would want to believe in Nazi-sm, 65 million people did...or is that the numbero f people who died because of it? Meh.)
Anyway, I say that my religion is part-buddhist/part christian. I believe in the values associated with both religions. I also believe in Santa Claus. Trololol?

I've never talked crap about anyone's religion solely because they believed in it before. That only comes when they start to insist on things that it teaches or press it on others or use it to justify an action.
I don't really see why you would believe something that cannot be proven. If someone tells you that a purple unicorn is floating above your head, you aren't going to believe them. So why believe someone else telling you something just as unfounded?

If the bible could be proven, we would all be following it now. I'm sure that there's some elements of truth to it, it is after all supposed to be based in actual events. However, events like Jesus raising people from the dead, Noah's ark, the parting of the dead sea, the plagues in egypt, etc, are not proven and are more likely than not just stories that got blown way out of proportion.

Im am Christian Orthodox.I believe and Love Jesus.It's just gives me strenght to keep going. And of course each person has the right to believe in whatever they want.I respect every religion and every person's choice.I just don't like it when some people say bad things about other's choices.

Just because something isn't proven, doesn't mean it's not correct. There are a myriad of theories in science that can't be fully proven until we seen them ourselves, and yet, something has to be correct.
