...Well first, I don't have a monkey and wouldn't slap a monkey anyways. Second, I'm not a crackhead. Stretching and doing some exercises does seem to help. I've never tried closing my eyes, let me go try that out.
1. Listen to some Disturbed 2. Do some flips over my bed 3. Watch Tosh.O 4. Drink some of my dads room mates amazing ice tea 5. Lay down and picture myself on a cloud a mimic what falling through it would feel like.
Sometimes I do switch out some of the things every now and again.

checking my halo and moderwarfare k/d having my airsoft shotgun next to me closing my eyes figuring out how many idiots are in my class thinking out how i will keep my sis at bay tommorow and knowing theres a nice group of guys/girls to talk to down here in the forums ooh ooh and thinking of ways to kill some of the idiots in my class...
5 things that help me sleep? Actually, only reading really helps me sleep. If that doesn't work, I listen to music, but sometimes it's worse and it keeps me awake.
