1: Watch a bunch of screamer videos on YouTube. 2: Shaking, head to your room. 3: Put on your TV. 4: Listen for noises. 5: Hear a noise. 6: Don't sleep for six months.
1.)Use the computer till you fall asleep. 2.)Open a book and try reading for a minute. 3.)sit by the TV and watch till you fall asleep. 4.)Stare into the darkness till you fall asleep. 5.)A very small drop of alcohol that does the work for me 100% of the time.
