Yes. It dosent have to be a singleplayer character it can be someone you met in Multiplayer

To scary for me.

It is... very freakin' scary... Played only 100 minutes of it so far, I would play more but I can't find the right time for it (AKA Very late, in the dark, by myself, maybe in a skype call with a friend or two).

Lol. I played it for 9.5 hours and I bet 5 of them I was spending being scared in a corner. I wasn't even in prison. I had just one encounter with the munster.
And Sheogorath is the mad god and you see him in the shivering isles and he is awesome.

And I have just one name

Captain Jack Sparrow. Great part of my Childhood movies I watched. Comes close to Shrek.
