I would have to say Gordon Freeman from Half-Life game series, and Agent William "B.J." Blazkowicz From Return To Castle Wolfenstein and other games from that series. (not series but Wolfenstein games)

Obviously Death from Darksiders. I mean how do you top the name 'Death'?

I guess its gotta be Shemnue from Shemnue II (the character wasn't in game 1)

Ok, you all forgot the great Halo hero, Master Chief. Master Chief is by far the most epic character name in all of gaming history, when it's said your vocal cords want to say it again.
