no. There's simply no such thing as perfect. Humans, however, will forever strive for perfection. It's in our blood, our survival techniques. It's as we always have been, but we shall never actually achieve our goals.

It's tragic, really.

People would not agree, what is completely perfect and what is not. There would still have to be some flaws in the country, because it's part of us, and part of the perfection, in a way atleast.

Like ants, we would try to make our best, but never really achieve it.
It's hard, people would want more perfection and then that country would fall.

Of course, there would be other, jealous countries around it. It might get attacked with great force.

Anyways, isn't it already enough, that we humans have settled down and made our own lines for our countries? I don't think I'd be need of more countries, but that would always be fine.
Of course not all have settled down on their line-marks and so.

Well, USA could spread itself into pieces; countries in the future. Who knows...

A perfect country is a country of stasis, where everything is already perfect so nothing really changes.
That's for the objective part of it. Now, there is a problem; what is seen as 'erfect' changes from individual to individual, so as long as there are different individuals, you'll never have a coutnry that is perfect for everyone.
I'd rather live in a good country, that is as close to perfect as it can get without loosing character and individuality.

I guess it comes down to weather you rather prefer individual diffrences or eternal existance of the human race?

Parts of India seem to be quite peaceful. That seems like a start.

Won't happen for many reasons. The main reason is that people can't simply all be at peace with each other.

One country might be perfect for a certain person. However it won't be perfect for everyone else.

Humans are flawed in every way, so nothing they will ever make will be perfect.

Hmm...there could be a perfect place, if there was only one occupant. That place may be perfect in his/her eyes, even if just for a moment. But if you mean a place that is perfect for everyone, then no, I don't think that could ever exist. Not unless everybody was exactly the same.

Haha not even in a thousand years this won't happen. Were to diverse to accept any one culture because it may conflict with another. Do you think lower people will get along with higher people? For example in Asia the Chinese, South Koreans, Indians, and Japanese are culturally refined. In their eyes Cambodia is the lowest of the low for good reason. They eat with their hands, woman are almost always in charge, and have different beliefs when it comes to religion. Of course what I'm naming above they actually really do. Its in their culture. I wish it was different but most of them won't change for nothing. Until people come to a co census on what is morally acceptable and what is not then there will be only separation, war, and pride. The only way we can solve this problem is by explaining the objectiveness and subjectiveness of morality and that's if they accept it.

Well perfection in this case is completely subjective. So how can there a perfect place? Well if everyone was thinking the same way, then yes, a perfect place could exists.
