I don't really like COD, so that won't bog me down. Gears of War and Dead Island I've never heard of, could you give a brief explanation?

Ooh! I do know that Skyrim is suing Mojang, the creators of Minecraft, for creating a game with the name "Scrolls", even though the games are very unlike each other. Mojang has tried to compromise and Skyrim isn't cooperating...

Anyways, I'm excited for the new Zelda game, Skyward Sword. We'll have to see what other good games come out. I'm sure I'll be too bogged down with homework to play much, though!

Gears of war is only xbox360 game which is pretty like Xbox best action game
Dead Island is More like Left 4 dead 3 if you know what left 4 dead is. well its different graphic and place and other stuff but basic is same , u walk around and kill zombies , this time but with no safehouse cause its compleatly different game. Check Gameplay trailer for more.

dead island is going to be nothing like left 4 dead it is an rpg survival horror game that is going to be like oblivion with zombies no offence snow guy but have yo been living under a rock or something because gears of war is one of the biggest rivals for all ps3 games and is possibly the most awesome shooter on xbox.
im really looking forward to the new resident evil game coming out but im also looking forward too the new battlefield game

Dead island
Dead island is like Left 4 Dead mixed with Dead rising because they have different types of zombies and is First person like left 4 dead but they have made the normal zombies like in Dead rising and the fact you create weapon combos like dead rising.

I know CoD gets alot of hate and people say " CoD sucks BF FTW " but I really don't care what other people think I like CoD because I find it more fast paced and I am looking forward to Mw3 because it looks pretty entertaining.

Played gears 1 for a long time when I only had halo 3 and gears but when I got CoD I left them behind until a month or so ago I played the Gears 3 beta round my friends and actually found it pretty promising the only problem with it is that I don't really like third person I prefer first.

Skyrim
I played oblivion a little but never really got into it so I don't know whether I am going to get it but the trailer looks awesome.

@Game_Cale: have you ever played fallout series its real good i got kinda confused with the oblivion i admit it but i was a nerd for fallout i knew every single bit and the company for fallout is making skyrim i belive

Assassin's Creed: Revelations and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword are the games I'm excited about. However, I don't want to spend $110 to buy them. I'll wait until the price drops.

I want Tropico 4 and Skyrim for 2011.

I also want Bioshock Infinite and Mass Effect 3, but they are coming out early 2012, so I guess it doesn't count.

Tropico 4
I played the demo and, wow, it blew my mind. It's probably the most satisfying strategy/tycoon game I have ever played. It's like sims city, just with the fun. Can't wait for it to come out on September 1st.

Skyrim
Do I have to explain? It's Skyrim. Probably the greatest RPG until a Elder Scroll 6 comes out.

Dues Ex: Human revoulution, Batman Arkham city and Skyrim all look really good.

DISGAEA 4!! Is coming out on the sixth of september; my deluxe edition copy is already reserved.

Not to mention deus ex, thanks for reminding me, I was too psyched up by Nis's new release.

I might have to take a look into Disgaea4. I loved Phantom Brave, but it didn't have the feel as Disgaea did which I assume is the main series the developers create. I might also have to look into White Night Chronicles2. Apparently this game listens to the fans and adds their ideas...

Heh, you see, I feel like you, though to me, it's Disgaea that's lacking something Phantom Brave has. I prefer the gridless movements, and the story is so touching and heartwarming, which is quite unusual for a Nis game. And I quote:

Plus, unlike other Nis games, you have all the liberty you want. Of course, you're already free enough in any Nis title, but here you can combine ANY skill of a weapon into something, or SOMEONE else: imagine taking your ally in you hands to fight and use a sword skill (!?!?!).
