In mission 10 of the Human Campaign the alien Commander is impossible to kill he goes cloaking again under a second he comes out and once it gets the acid hound he always kill me 4-5 times I tryed killing him with a rocket launcher but he always appear behind me or I kill myself.
For some reason, my first time fighting him was a breeze, then something happened to where I had to refresh and I had to replay that mission and got owned terribly.
But what you could do is try playing quick matches for credits or buy the credit packs if you've got money and buy The Holy Grail, from it's stats, it's basically a beefed-up, fire spitting version of the .50 Cal Sniper, that's what I'm going to try doing...I need to get some new weapons, anyway
A: holy grail isnt that "beefed up", while it is a good gun, it would be more usefull for him to use it on 50% more healph and a better automatic, and just stick to the high ground with the rocket launcher on that lvl, and go for the extra defense in mid when u can, it makes a huge dif.
it is a good gun, just its not worth getting until alien, its like my backup when i run out of bullets for my awsome acid rocket launcher , took alot of credits but ive failed the alien campagns lvl like 300 times now so i got enough for it
u lose the ammo in ur clip when u reload and its not all that great at close range, might work well in human campaign but once u get to alien campaign it wont be that easy
I found this level more annoying than hard. To beat it, simply use the rocket launcher on the commander and always try to get shield whenever you can. If the commander starts to get close, run away. So in basic, keep your distance, hit him with something hard whenever you see the commander, and always try to get the shield.
