I 100% HAVE to go with rock. Rap songs are all about violence, drugs and other awful stuff and how to do it. ROCK, on the other hand is the same thing, only how to DEAL with it. Also, for those people who have an ignorant stereotype about how Rock is just screaming, keep it to yourself, for I ban ignorant people from this contest. So, give reasons about how one side is better than the other side.
I'm a small fan of both but the worst thing about rap is (I think) that they keep singing how bad they have it, how rich other people are, how poor they or (Afro Americans) are (not trying to be racist). The fact that I hate this is because when they record it they start the day in a million dollar penthouse, drink from a golden cup, look at a platina album, get to their humvee limo and drive to the biggest studio in (town here)
I know this are by far not all of them but the ones who sing like this are stupid.
