I was thinking - we all make mistakes. Game devs can correct theirs by updating their creation, perhaps we - players - should be able to update how we view them? People often tend to rate games after the first few impressions without discovering their true potential, or our judgement might be affected by issues resolved later by the dev, so it makes sense to change your mind about a game when it's state changes.
