Above is probably your best option. The staff does not, if ever, change the names of users. As far as I know it has only happened once, as to correct a spelling mistake, and this was when we had an actually engaging community manager. Either way, check above like, or, if you can't wait, you will have to make a new account*, which probably won't be much good for you with that seasonal armatar and what not.
