as now things r going like Indian war excercises on our eastern borders and some american officials saying that they will attack in pakistan if they have to (like in jacobabad)

If the person was holding it for 2 after releasing the spoon, and it took another second to land, that leaves 2 seconds. Humans take at least half a second to physically react in some way other than with eyes. How far can you run in 1.5 seconds?

Even though I'm replying to him, I've begun to see the point in arguing with him...there is no point in arguing with him. i'm going to start saving my words for someone who's actually looking to debate about the topic of the thread rather than America's lust for war, which seems to be the only thing partydevil will talk about, since the thread has been derailed in a way.

I don't think your country would just sit there while another country is shooting at your troops, either. Pakistan shooting at our troops, that to me is an act of war.

Out of the millions who have fought in recent wars (including WWII), it's quite likely that at least 0.1% did something heroic.

when the heroism of being the hero of ww2 went to your head? what about the 26 wars usa has fought after ww2? youve invaded 26 times in 65 year time. thats a world record for most wars in the shortest time. and why? because you want to be that hero again. and again.... and again.....and... you got the point.

Going from the underdogs to becoming the world's leading military power is a big deal. It's almost like going from slave to king in one leap, skipping everything between. You guys would be no different if it was you. Put yourself in our shoes and see things from our perspective.

Alright, put up the list then. One of the things on that list was US occupying China after WWII to help clear out loyal Japanese who wouldn't leave. How is that a war?

Going from the underdogs
between 1830 and 1940 the usa was not a underdog it was a normale country like any other country. no extra violence or loads of arrogant people whit a narrow mind.
i can see how you were the underdog in 1812 but after that not realy.
Put yourself in our shoes and see things from our perspective.
i can, we had the VOC, and we owned the slaves market. we were doing awsome. but not evry1 liked us because we did it. now after 200/300 years of slave trading we figured out that it was bad what we were doing.
now it's time for the americans to realalise that their policing the world is not a good, but a bad thing.
(and it's the same how i take perspective from the terrorists point of view (needed some research for that) or the chinese point of view or the guys i met from congo and brazil.
i am able to take those perspectives. and my conclusions made to what i believe now.)

Basically what Pakistani Border Police did to some U.S. soldiers because they 'were too close to the border'? I read it in the newspaper a while back and Osama (I read this in '10) gave the Border Police props for doing it. If what you say is correct, then they took the first shot, not the U.S.
