I got bored and decided to look some stuff up, and i found out a lot of controversial stuff. Apparently, men are forced to pay child's care no matter what. What I'm wondering is why? If a man wants to keep a baby no women has ever been forced to pay child's care. Whats the difference? And if a women self injects herself with a man's sperm, e.g used condom, why is he forced to pay child's care? If you don't believe me look up Man Receives Oral Sex, Ordered to Pay Child Support. What do you think?
1. Should women be forced to pay child's care if a men decides to keep the baby?
2. Should Men be forced to pay child's care if a woman uses his sperm without his consent to impregnate herself.
3. Why can a woman walk away scotch free (money wise) from a child but a man can't?
I get what you're saying, but women are often ordered to pay child support when the father gains custody of the child. It's just that the father rarely gains full custody of the child. There is definitely sexism in the system of child support, but there are just as many instances of sexism in favor of men in other areas.
I have a friend who says he would never hit a girl. And I tell I think that is stupid everytime he says it. Women are our equal right?
Women may be equal to men in many areas, but in most cases, physical size and strength are not those areas. I could get into more detail about why men shouldn't really hit women (or anyone) in most instances, but I think the previous sentence suffices.
Men AND women have to pay child support if they leave their children because well children need support. It just seems that more men than women leave their children.
xfireal that's an extremely sexist statement, its more 50/50. Maybe your taking in a specific area, but unless you take in evey single relationship like that and ratio out it would be ok for you to make that statement. And also there have been few cases where women pay child support because men rarely get full custody. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Legend Out

I don't think so.
1) It's not sexist if it's true. 2) Women are more likely to feel attached to a child, they bore it after all.
I'd like to see some sources on the ration of women/men who leave their children, but I won't be suprised if it's something like 75:25 females/males taking care of the children.

It's actually even more uneven than that. According to the census, it's about 84:16 females/males who are the custodial parent. So, to connect this with the topic, women do pay child support. It's just that there are far less instances where they need to than there are instances where men need to. Not only do women rarely leave a child, but it's also fairly rare that they aren't awarded any custody and therefore have to pay child support.
