Well, politics arnt really my strong suit, but I do read. So I decided to do some reading, and according to this article Obama is pulling U.S troops out of Iraq. So, what do you think about this? Good idea, bad, whatever you think.
they harbored the terrorist
did not fully cooperate when we asked for help in finding the leaders responsible for the attack.
Plus the guys that crashed into the Pentagon and then the guys that crashed into the field.
did not fully cooperate
But that is only a small part.
[quote]Not everyone is going to cooperate with a country that might just send troops to kill their own people every time they say something that we don't like. I honestly can't blame them especially since we already had troops there in the first place.
The troops we had there were to protect our embassey. We did not go in to kill just anyone, we went in there to either capture or kill Al-Quida leaders.
why are there US soldiers in Iraq? I tell you. US government wants to corner global market somehow, maybe to not to have to repay its debts, the first target was nukes, and threaten - failure, USSR first, China next, nuclear parity. Second target is gold - failure, Chirac revalued a ship full of dollars into gold, forcing US to drop gold/$ equivalence. Third target is oil, and Iraq, along with Iran, Arabia, Libya, Egypt and Syria, has an abundant supply of this substance, which is crucial for the world economy. US invaded Iraq acting on the cause of 9/11, whatever was the real reason for them to blow up WTC (you might know that such skyscrapers are designed to survive a plane crash, so there was a major failure before or during the attack), and flashing intelligence of Hussein possessing WMDs, which then was searched for, but not found, so the entire grounding of Iraq operation was a failure. Now there's Libya with Qaddafi killed and raw force of unarmed demonstrants wrecking all over the country, but with oil facilities fairly intact. In Iraq they had to rebuild oil facilities, here they don't have to. Today they say US revokes the ambassador off Syria for safety reasons. I call they will invade Syria soon alongside local opposition, whoever they are.

At least we know for certain that there isn't a threat. For that, you wrecked a country apart. A nice thing to ensure there's no threat, it's like someone removing all your teeth and say "you'll never have toothache again. Good thing".
The towers, designed and built in the 60s and 70s, were made cheaply to reduce cost and build time. They were the tallest manmade structures in the world when they were made. They were made very lightweight for their size. The steel structure would be severely weakened by the extreme heat.Okay, it seems I was wrong here. Still it was weird about how intense was the fire, as most fuel should go outside the tower's perimeter in the very first moments.

Except there were no teeth to begin with. And teeth wouldn't be aimed at Europe.Okay, it's like grabbing an already toothless hapless kid, and wrecking at his gums, saying "Hey, where are your teeth, we're destined to remove them!", not finding any and killing the kid in utter anger.

I think as a whole, the US needs to scale its effort back as far as war goes. We don't have any money and how long is China going to keep financing us to do things in the nature we do them?
Even if Obama keeps his word and pulls the troops out of Iraq, that won't change the fact that he's still a war monger.

straight forward answer: no you are still wrong. I also now have to ask, what's with you and teeth? Why am I wrong? Hussein = kid, WMDs = teeth, Iraq = gums, killing = killing. USA invaded Iraq under revealed intelligence of Hussein having WMDs somewhere, also they decided to lay their paws on Iraqi oil. Failing to find WMDs after marching across whole of Iraq, they killed Hussein just for that, they did not need him alive. Currently, they have been cornered in "green zone" in Baghdad, guarded by a ton of military, with feeble attempts at making local forces to take control, but any oil facilities are now under their control. I haven't heard any bad news from Iraq lately, except for Turkey invading Iraq in pursuit for Kurds, so it's possible that any armed opposition was suppressed or laid low in order to let the US forces leave.
china will allow it simply because they want their money, and will allow us to do whatever we want as long as they get it back. whether it's a down payment, or in full.
