Hi I was wondering what everyones upload speed is because I think mine is really low at 0.38 but I don't know and I am thinking about changing my internet provider.
Mines pretty great actually, 27dl and 20ul is pretty good. Upload speed is impacted if you have a lot of cookies in your cache or even if you use a poor wireless router. There are a lot of things on the web I could point you to as well to increase upload speed.
I'm pretty sure the download/ upload rate has nothing to do with your computer, but the internet service you have/ where your computer is.
The only thing it affects is how fast it will load a page, not how fast it will download the info from a page. If your computer is really slow but you have fast interwebz, it will finish downloading the page but the page won't show up until your computer finishes loading it.
The only other way it will is if your computer is so old and slow that it can't handle accessing more then a few MB of data at once.
