The worst superpower is to have everything you imagine come to life. It seems good at first, but if anyone is like me then there will also be plenty of things you would not want to come to life.
In terms of worst none of them, since they're all augmented humans, and therefore superior to us.
However in terms of "It would suck to have this", the ability to grow and shrink from atomic size would be horrible, becoming the size of an atom would mean that the laws of physics literally don't apply anymore. On top of that, you would have to look for specific gaps to travel through, since atoms would actually be strong enough to restrict travel.
I would say it would be the same as the Human Sponge. For example, if he wanted to use his powers, he would take the same emotion as the person closest to him, and then forget that he did so.
This would most likely cause serious physiological problems.

No, because if you can read people's minds, then they could become depressed and commit suicide eventually. Therefore only approximately 90-95% of superpowers are superior to mortality.

I agree with this; If you were an atom you would keep bumping into other atoms. Rather than being able to push them away like you would be able to at normal size. You would just get deflected off another atom and you wouldn't be able to control your direction and you would have no consciousness because you'd be the size of an atom which is trillions of times smaller than the brain therefore you wouldn't be able to think in order to become normal size, therefore you'd simply turn into another atom which is stupid. This would include the atoms that make up the particles in the air that we breathe in. You wouldn't even be able to move in a single linear direction unless you were inside a vacuum, so that's completely pointless. Plus if you were an atom that underwent radioactive decay, you're ****ed because then you will break down into other atoms. What if you were the size of an atom and that meant that you had to actually be an atom because all of your atoms can't become smaller to the point that you overall was an atom; that would mean that you wouldn't technically exist, therefore that isn't just an impossibility, it is an inconceivability. So not only is that a pointless superpower, it is also an impossible one.
mind reading is a super power with has a "turn-of switch". after some training you can decide whose mind you want to read.
i would say the hulk has a worse power. sure, he is strong but he cant make love with a woman without risking turning into the hulk. and he cant control who he attacks.
OMG invincibility means living forever but still feel pain so someone could stab u with a knife and ud feel it forever
Invincibility usually equips with the ability to not feel pain. Will Smith in Hancock got shot 12 times, and didn't leave a mark. He was invincible. GET WITH THE TIME! JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ!
Probably, mind reading. It's pointless to use in battle, and most of the time when trying to find out an evil plot, you get caught.
