Just kidding. Well sort of. The "Protect IP" Act allows the Govt. and Private corporations the abilities to shut down or ban certain websites because they don't like the content. Places we all love like Flikr, Stumbleupon, Thatguywiththeglasses.com (One of my favorites), Armor Games, etc.
