Right. So I'm not really in the mood to type out a big long description of this. Noobs, Loco, you know what it is. New York City, 1930s. We may or may not be accepting other players, I'd have to talk to them about that. I'm not sure which one of us will GM first, so if either of you two wants to GM first, that's fine.

Wherever you want to.
"It's just he had a special package to be delivered, he just needs to sign it off at the post office"
He looks to the others confused before you, "I think you got the wrong *insert name* cause uhm I didn't order no package. Now get lost before my friends here show you 5 reasons why you should have listened."
EPIC, EPIC!!!! 100 kills in 7 rounds.
I finally beat my personal best.

Name: Joseph L. S. DiCapitano.
Age: 24.
Gender: Male.
Condition: Healthy.
Physical Description: Tall, muscular, gaunt, olive skin, short black hair, grey eyes, small scar on the temple.
Personality: Quiet, serious, resourceful, tough, hard-working.
Trait: Better at hand to hand fighting and taking the pain - Worse at bartering(has to pay higher prices for buying things, and gets lower prices for selling).
Bio: He was born in Palermo, Italy to an Italian soldier and an Italian nurse(Florence Nightingale effect, anyone?). Shortly after his birth, DiCapitano's father was killed in World War I by Austrian soldiers, and shortly afterward he and his mother immigrated to the United States hoping to escape the war in Europe. They came to Newark through Ellis Island when DiCapitano was 3 years old, and the war ended shortly afterward. Being Italian immigrants, DiCapitano and his mother had a very difficult time in the United States, and his mother-who had turned to slightly less legal employment for the money to live-was killed when DiCapitano was 14, and DiCapitano lived on the streets afterward. He stole what he needed, and nothing more; he fought off his enemies, but never started a fight; and although he grew accustomed to living in destitution and poverty, he began to want wealth. So, he went from Newark to Manhattan, hoping to join one of the gangs and make a name for himself.

And Hyper, maybe the games would be better if we use your stricter rules for the games in general.

Hm, maybe.

I wait for him to come or leave then obnoxiously go up to him yelling "Get ya newspapers!"

Lol, forty is just a little too old to pass for a newsie don't you think Loco? xP

Name:Tyrone Jenkins
Age:20
Gender:Male
Condition: Healthy.
Physical Description:Black hair, black goatee, blue eyes, pale skin
Personality:He doesn't like killing bystanders and innocents unless he absolutelly has to, he's a nice guy to his pals, he's a bit of a tail-chaser
Trait: Charming, he's a lusty hit with the ladies. Reluctance to kill, he pulls the trigger slightly slower than others
Bio: Tyrone's mother was an african-american. But he entirely inherited his father's skin. One reason why he has the first name a african-american sometimes has. He's not as racist as you would think a white man would be around this time. He got his dirty hands on a gun from a dead cop after a firefight with the mob at the age of 19. He figured he could use it. When he was threatning to kill a theif who had snuck into the house, he pulled the trigger. But it hit the theif in the shoulder. The bullet kept on going. His mother was stepping through the front door. The round caught her in the head. Now, every time he's about to shoot some poor schmuck, he sees an image of his mother. His father was former U.S army. He taught Tyrone how to use a weapon, but he took it away and handed it over to the police department. Even so, Tyrone is still reluctant to fire a gun.
Perk: Eagle Eye(higher accuracy with handguns).

Sorry for being away. Went to Dallas to watch the cowboys and giants go at it.

Heabutt him, (Backwards headbutt, obviously) then kick him in the stomach. If he catches mah leg, kick him in the head with the other leg. (Not much to lose, ja?) If he keeps on holding onto the leg just keep kicking him. If he goes down then kick him in the groin to make sure he stays down. Then start to kick him in the head. On the other hand, if he doesn't catch the leg, retract my own leg, then start to punch him in the stomach. Two fast hits, then one uppercut, stomach-to-chin-to-air. When he's on the ground, grab the stool and smash it upside his head.

I'm sorry refresh my memory, who are you and what was your guy doing?

Drunk brawling with a Marine in a shady bar somewhere. It should be noted that there are 5 other Marines there, his buddies, and the only reason they're not interfering is because they're so sure that their friend will kick his ***. If he starts losing, they will step in.
Also, the bartender will step in and stop the fight if it starts to get destructive to the bar(i.e. smashing chairs/tables). There's a guy from the Mafia-you can pick which family-who just happened to be there, and he's watching the fight.

he got drunk and started brawling with a random military dude, and some mobster is watching. he just barely got up from failing at hitting him with a barstool

anywho i just "refresh" his memory and tell him a slightly off address that would lead him into a dead end alley, then follow from afar
