I try to vaporize the tree with an orbital bombardment of plasma bolts
I'm curious as to where you found the rescources to make said attack, but oh well...damage was done.

I drill a hole through the Ironbark big enough for me to take a sample of the Tree's wood from the core of the tree. I then take it and bring it to a laboratory I stole from some scientists.
okay then, you do that.
Oh thank Bladerunner you mentioned that
*facepalm* me and my big mouth.
I almost forgot to take precautionary measures if that happens, and I think you know what I'm talking about Blade.
unfortunately, I do know what you are talking about.
Let's stay with the "storm" theme. I force the clouds to make it hail an unholy amount of ice. I make it stop once it's in the millions. Then take all of the hail, and seperate it into billions of small, razor-sharp shards. I put another small nexus layer around the shards, then pull some magma out of the Earth, and cover the shards in it. The nexus layer should keep the shards in their current state. I force all of the lava covered shards to the tree, then once deep inside, thanks to the lava, let go of the nexus layer. I keep the ice in the ice form, while the lava is superheating it. I do this for several minutes-hours. Then let go, again hopefully, creating another gargantuan explosion.
the first paragraph is rather unnecessary at this point in time, so I decided not to comment on it. lol, you embeded the shards in pretty deep, but what you did actually had a different effect than what you are wanting. what you essentially did was turn the lava/ice shards into micro-rockets. since they were already embedded pretty deeply into the ironbark, there was too much resistance for them to have gone any further (they would've gone farther if they weren't cooled down by the ice inside absorbing heat, turning into water to absorb even more heat, and then convert into steam). see, it would've exploded, if you had cut off any places for the steam to escape in a constant depressurization. you didn't cover the holes that they caused back up, which meant that steam had to escape in a single direction. (you may be creative, but my analysis skills, and knowledge of physics and chemistry will allow me to minimize most of the damage.)

since the rest of the posts are essentially unimportant, I will cut it off from here.
