Hey, my little brother, MarcusDaLegend, can't log into his account. It keeps saying that his password and username do not match. I have sent an e-mail to support@armorgames.com - no reply. This was a long time ago, before christmas. I have changed his password and it still doesn't work.
I have had this problem aswell, as some of you may know, but now it has been resolved magically and i had to wait for a few weeks. My little brothers account did the same but it is still not able to be logged into. Any suggestions?!!
If you're 13, how do you have a younger brother on this site? Anyways, for that very reason, it's possible your brother has been banned, though this isn't likely because I'm not getting a 404 on his profile. Just send another email to Justin.
i know how to do that and i know justin he is in raze 2 you need keep caps lock on and then username ANDREAS then caps lock off you need to write password andreas again

And Lucas did you go on you're brother's E-mail and check for the log-in instructions if you didn't than that's probably the problem.I know beacuse it hapened to me when i made my account.

Make sure you aren't logged in on a different browser EG. I was using firefox (for some reason) on facebook, I got back to chrome and it wouldnt log in unless I changed my password. Make sure your other browser's all are logged out
Mods are better than admins because they are supposed to deal with these issues. It is not really the admins problem. Freakenstine is a good moderator and replies fast.
While it's nice for someone to actually consider the hard work that moderators put into maintaining the site once in a while (and the individual abilities of moi because I'm an ego maniac), the administrators are the ones that have the power to fix and resolve problems that are from the site itself, such as fixing bugs or removing advertisements that interfere with site functions. If the login problem was really a bug, many more people would have trouble with logging in and thus be reporting it. This leads me to believe there's something you and your brother are doing that is not making the site recognize your credentials.
