There is no way to skip any of the scenes that I know of, but there are few scenes that you are forced to watch. Other than the very opening sequence pretty much anything you do is in real time so you can continue to do whatever you want
there are no cut-scenes in the game. Where a game would show a cut-scene of you walking through a forest with your companion and getting there, you actually walk through the forest, or you fast travel around it. or you just take a different path then the others and meet up there. You get to chose how to do things that would normally be confined to a cut-scene.
and sorry for double post, but there is one kinda cut-scene, the opening sequence, it lasts the very first 10-20 minutes of the game you have to do some stuff and you have no control over it, but after that it is all your choice.
The closest thing to cutscenes is the opening, where you still have some control, and dialogue, which can be skipped, but you're better off just listening to it.
The only other cutscene besides the beginning one, is in the theives guild questline, where you pull the skeleton key out and stick it into something. The other is in the main quest, where your free to look and move, but you basiclly watch some people from afar for a minute.
