Lol, most random thing ever. Very few things can just grow back a lost limb, and saying god does that is the same as saying god fills my truck up with gas every month. It's stupid, honestly, that you would be so ig'nant to think god could just randomly heal some random thing that had nothing to do with god or religion.
If God cured everything and made everything good, then people wouldn't have to believe in him and could merely accept God as a fact. Also, if people never died, they would never go to Heaven (or Hell) and would be stuck on Earth forever.
1. Nobody said 'curing everything', just healing amputees, people often attribute their recoveries from certain other illnesses to God (as opposed to the modern medicine they're often taking at the time). So why wouldn't God help heal amputees? 2. Your point about people never dying is kind of wrong - people would still die, even if God did help heal amputees, one doesn't just die of lost limbs y'know.
If there was a god and he didn't want people to be amputees, he'd prevent that somehow. Makes no sense to allow people to get amputated and then heal them, right?.
If there was a god, why would he want people to stay amputees? Maybe he doesn't want to interfere. Maybe he cannot.
Maybe he has his own reasons, and maybe we can simply evade all questions by saying we cannot know his divine mind. But that's cheap^^
But if there was no god, we wouldn't have to ask anyway. Which is the easiest way^^
