The worst way to die for me is being eated by a crocodile or other animal...

I think the worst way to die is to have yourself chained to a table arms and legs fanned out with a lazer slowly go up from between your legs, up to your head, cutting you in half. Kinda like in those James Bond movies, or that one episode of The Simpsons, or something.

something slow and painful...or something like saw but instead of you getting killed your beloved gets killed if you could not solve a riddle.

Getting thrown into a hollow bronze cow, getting locked in, and then having a fire started under the bronze cow. A slow and painful way to die, being roasted alive.
