You must not understand what a clan thread is. See, the very presence of a clan thread is advertisement. One you talked about Dharma. Two, you provided a link to Dharma. Three, you're asking us what we think about Dharma.
Clans are possible to exist without advertisement of threads. Please keep the mentioning of clans to your biographies. People can and will join your clan without the use of a thread.
