i don't know that there are any cheats for this game and i'm not sure if it's possible to mod an ipod not that i would if it was possible

All you have to do is just run and theres probably no cheats for it

Actually, if you enable "Tutorial Mode" and instead of swiping once to turn, swipe twice quickly, your character will run in a straight line forever, resulting in an impossibly high score because he cannot die. Watch.
