How bout a universe where whatever you think of, it will happen. Everyone has it, but then if everyone has it then there would be people negating what others want, who would end up on top of this world?
No rules since that would be limiting the "whatever" part
Then wouldn't people think up things that would contradict other things, like thinking someone back to life that someone had previously wished dead?
Not to mention that it would create complete and utter chaos if everyone's thoughts came true! And the first person to figure out that they could control everyone's minds with just a single thought would hold eternal power!
There would have to be some sort of regulations on what could and couldn't come true in this world!

True and I didn't think about thinking of controling everyone, but then there is the possibility of just wishing that you were no longer under the control, this world would pretty much be a infinite struggle to reach the top but no one would be able to. There couldn't be regulations since there would be no way at all on how to enforce the regulations. But what would probably screw up the world the most is when people start thinking up paradoxes and making them true.
What about a world where cannibalism was legal and acceptable?
Not much to really say about that since that isn't legalizing anything other than harvesting dead bodies, packaging them, and selling them in food markets. We do that with so many other animals so why not with humans as well?
Humans should be able to eat anything like just pull off a bit of tree and eat it and it tastes good and humans aren't allergic to anything. Every one has enough money to buy food, a house and a car then all the singers and famous people can have lots of money like they already do. Nobody steals/robs or does any illegal things. The world doesn't have any weapons so there are no wars and every country keeps they're land so that there aren't any wars. There isn't any gas and cars run on air you just haft to open this little hatch to your car then you have a full tank.

Then the new low standard in the world would be to have just enough money for a (by today's standards) good lifestyle. But if the lowest people live like that, many will be greedy and want more, thus crime.

People would notice that the country next to theirs was bigger or had something they wanted, thus wars. The land and resources would need to be given out evenly. A way around that is if there's one world government, so everything is basically the same country.

Nonsense. Then we would have a problem of intra-country fighting, as each state/province competes for the resources, or when the government favours certain provinces, such as Burma distributing more largesse towards provinces with more Burmese majorities. No province will be equal, as each will be better able to exploit their own natural resources, and each state-government will have different levels of revenue collected.

Forensics aren't as primitive as you might think. Yes, some psychopath may think they could cover up murdering people by eating the bodies, but in reality, there are ways of figuring out who ate whom.
