ok so killersup is currently doing a hunger strike.30 hours,it has started at noon on sunday.any words of advice to get through all of tommorow without food?killersup is also partually doing this to know if he has the will to do it.wish him luck and advice please
If you want to start eating less, or to lose weight, this really isn't an effective way (it's a fairly bad way). Anyways, some tips.
You should time it so that you sleep for the later part of it.
If you eat meals at the same time everyday, you'll feel a sharp hunger at breakfast, lunch, and dinner (you're body is preparing itself to eat), but this will pass and you'll feel find after. If you don't eat at the same time each day, you'll feel mild hunger in the general time you usually eat, which will pass too.
Drink a lot of water beforehand.
Don't do anything physical (even limit the amount of walking you do).
Don't plan a huge meal to eat to break your fast ahead of time, you'll end up making yourself suffer in anticipation as you approach the end.
125? Dude, that's normal. Seriously though, not the safest way of loosing weight. Just do core exercises, and eat plenty of protein, vitamens (fruits and vegetables), and fiber.

this is bad.killersup just got back from a 3.6 mile bikeride with his friend and also just got back from work a little before that.BTW the hunger thing is going on right now.haha.o well to late now
