I think that gay marrige should be approved in every state in the U.S. I know it has been approved in California and just recently in Pennsylvania, but should it realy be allowed? I think it should be, I mean just because your gay doesn't mean you shoud have less rights then straight people. Gays should have the equal rights to get married just the way I do. Shouldn't they?? Tell me what you think.
I do agree with that. And there will come a time when you want to tell other people about that huge part of your life which is being gay; a time when you want to �come out�.
The benefits of doing this are many. Think about it for a moment:

This can involve coming out to your parents, friends and work colleagues.
Coming out is often referred to as �Coming out of the closet�. The closet represents your bonds, the secrecy and the hiding of your sexuality. You discover people still love you after all, because the part of you which makes people love you has not changed.
You�ll find it easier to meet other gay people, and who knows, maybe you already have a friend who�s going through the same things as you are. Coming out could help others find the strength to come out too!
Perhaps most importantly of all, the moment you start to come out, it marks a time of acceptance within yourself: that �Being gay is okay!�
Sometimes I don't know how human beings can like eachother at all, sexually, emotionally or anything. We're pretty gross physically when you think about it, and we tend to be egoistic dorks. Aside from the biological urge to reproduce, how can we possibly be attracted to one another?
I'm straight, not bisexual or gay, but sometimes I wonder... how can I like girls? They suck. How can I not like guys? They're cool. And then I remember:
I rmember my biology teacher tellin me why we are attracted to people and why we like certain ahem physical attributes more than others cough cough squalick. Anyways it was all about hormones reacting to the things you see and sense. So gays and lesbians are exactly the same as everyone else except their hormones react in different ways
Gay Marriage is so wrong and should not be allowed to exist. I think that all homosexuals should be banned from a;; marriage rights to other homosexuals.
If it was a state for gays and lesbians, I think they'd figure something else. The lesbians could pay the gays a small fee for their sperm, the gays could pay the lesbians a large fee to rent their womb, and the rainbow flag would fly at the UN for a long, long time.

What is the point of debating this hypothetical homosexual state? It won't happen. And the issue is whether gays should be allowed to marry. Not if they can exist by themselves.
Correct, but given that anybody here with some semblance of an education knows that there is precious little stake to be had in discussing the topic of "a Gay State" in and of itself (except maybe one who would suggest such a topic in earnest!), we've taken this weak hypothetical as a vehicle for other discussion that may have a real-world application.
Still, it's a pertinent point that gay marriage being legal =/=> everybody turning gay. What the heck man, the most we're arguing here is that exclusive heterosexuality isn't necessarily a good thing.
I think gay marriage is okay because as long as they are happy and the know that people love them, they should be able to do eht they want. Just like how asherlee is gay. She is proud of it and isnt afraid to say that she is. Everybody else should be like that. People in modern society dont like it because they think that it is nastey. Modern day christians think it is bad because they think it is against Gods word. But if God gave us free will, shouldnt we be able to do what we want. Because that is what God wants us to do. Make good desicions and aceept everything that God has. And if we accept his Free Will then we can accept God.
