I think it is terrible that you are supporting Reich of Darkness. The game itself looks cool, but the topic and the theme are supportive of Nazi Germany. Nazi beliefs are extremely evil in nature and should not be glorified and any credit given to Hitler or the Nazi party. We have a lot of impressionable minds out there that don't need to be sucked in to the Nazi garbage and evil propoganda. I hope to see you guys backing away from supporting and promoting this wave of evil. Thanks.
Oh come on, it's just a game... and a pretty good one at that! I'm glad someone has decided to make a WWII game where you actually get play as Germany.
If it glorified or portrayed Nazism in a manner which was deemed inappropriate, it wouldn't even be accepted onto the site in the first place. Rather, this game is more about the German military itself.
If you're an overly impressionable fool who lacks the maturity to distinguish between the shades of grey, you shouldn't be on the site at all.

You're absolutely right. Pretty soon, every 12-year-old is going to support Hitler and join his army. With Hitler still in power after nearly 70 years, an army of 12-year-olds will surely be able to take over the world.
Oh god, knight you were right on CT yesterday.....
Anyway, to the ignorant And intolerant OP, find me a Part of the game which actually glorifies the barbaric anti semitism and cruelty of the Reich before spouting crap. Shame on you and your incredibly thin skin, and your parochial tunnel vision of the world.
I do agree that the person who posted this post is going over board but then again the game is offensive. I mean I never understood why they had to make the game Nazis in the first place. You could play as the other side and the game would just be as good. I mean you could play as the Italians or the Japanese if you wanted to be on the bad side but why does it have to be Hitler?

The Americans collected the polished skulls and bones of Japanese soldiers to send back to their loved ones as souvenirs. There have been numerous cases of the Allies perpetuating cruelties, yet we have so many games featuring them as the protagonists. Have you stopped to think about how it feels for the other side? Hmm?
Not to mention the atrocities committed by the Japanese, massacre after massacre of Chinese folk. So you know, apart from Hitler, pretty much everyone committed human rights abuses as well? What have they been teaching you in class? American propaganda?

Because the devs wanted to, and perhaps because it would be an interesting change, from the time and time repeated Normandy landings and BoTB scenarios?
Also, this sudden moral spasm by people just shows how tolerant they are. Get over it, we're not going to have to spend the rest of history looking back fearfully and mourning our long past guilt.
It has been more than fifty years. Yes, it was horrible, but so was the first World War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War (at least psychological for the people who had to live with the knowledge that one day someone might decide to see if assured mutual destruction is as fun as it sounds)... It's not like it is standing there trying to turn people into neo nazis or anything, because if you get turned over by a game, you most likely were on your way anyway. So, seriously... If you are all going to be butthurt about something that happened before you were born, and how someone choses to portray it, don't play the game.

Good idea, but there is an alternative that would still follow the rules as well as be more helpful to the developer:
1) Play the game for a few minutes until you realize that it's bad. 2) Give it a low rating and explain why you gave the low rating in a comment. Make sure the comment is not spam so it's not deleted.
Result: 4 AP and something helpful to the developer.
Also:
@Wildbill57: If this game is propaganda for Nazis, it is very weak according to previous posts as well as my own opinion. However, I do think AG's support of Reich of Darkness is overboard as there is an advertisement for the game on the homepage background, which is just redundant. I also notice that the game has a higher rating than I think it should, since the average rating is 8/10.

This would be great for the average flash game, but the problem in this respect is that users are giving it absurdly-low ratings for having 1940s Germany elements. If these were all removed, the game rating would be higher. Giving the game a lower rating for being a nearly complete rehash of Necronator, save for the storyline, is understandable, but ridiculous for incorporating an alternative story to 1940s Germany.

Except the game rating is already high (8/10). If the game is too high, then more games like it would be made, and that will strengthen any propaganda in Reich of Darkness.

I didn't realize the game was so similar to Necronator. Due to the high rating, I don't think people are noticing or caring about similarity between Reich of Darkness and Necronator. This does not mean that low ratings are bad. It just means that some people would have a reason to give it a low rating.
its getting the low ratings bc most players are not able to load it up for it loads for a second then it just sits there and says 0% loaded, in a way. i have tried it myself on several different computers all of which have the latest flash player. i even went and looked it up on several different sites, all of which say this game doesn't exist.

Actually, this game is not getting that many low ratings, though every game has people that will give it low ratings for whatever reason.
Also, the game now has news saying that an "Allies strike back" campaign will be added soon, perhaps to prevent people from fearing propaganda (which was weak or non-existent in the first place).
