I can say first thing you need some status-affecting moves in your team, buffs not withstanding. You can't get by with just power moves alone; you need to give your opponent some difficulty. Paralysis or good chance of freezing moves are opportune, while sleep is just as great. It's cliche, but Gengar can work wonders with sleep status. He can either absorb another's HP or cause the pokemon to receive damage while still using his own independent moves.
Aside from that, your Salamence is pretty good with physical attacks, but is very venerable. His hold item only works with Fly. You should try to find something that works with moves you'll use the most or another item that gives a passive bonus.
Thanks I'll try Gengar then and in relation to status I was going to wall with a shuckle giving it Toxic, Rest, Ecnore and Knock off.Any Idea on what I should Give to Salamence I was Thinking Expert Belt or Enigma Berry.
the game in general is plain easy... i traded that guy named manny and got an EMOLGA. I trained it a lot and went on to beat the game in two days. o.o it isn't that hard. But i suggest u catch an emolga and train it. It is VERY fast and strong so u always have an edge with it.
2. Get a special defender to defend from this set. Alakazam w/ Focus Sash/Magic Guard/ Energy Ball/ Charge Beam/ Hidden Power Ice/ focus Blast. It will rip apart your team. Believe me, I tested it out on Pokemon Online.

@theawsomekid2 I was going to toxic stall with a shuckle and I was thinking of a Timid Sceptile holding a big root with Grass Whistle, Giga Drain, Detect and Roar.
