Why is there no use of talking because I am Mormon?
He's right that there's not much use, but it's not because you're Mormon. It's because you ignore any of our comments that you can't respond to with regurgitated teachings, and when you do respond it's only with regurgitated teachings. Let's take a look at all of your posts on this thread.
"I think Homosexuality is wrong God wanted man and women to be with each other not man and man."
Speaks for itself. A basic argument that really has no backing and blindly comes from the bible.
"Woman and woman is not fine too Kasic"
Didn't recognize sarcasm and ignored my real question (to which you still haven't replied)
"Yes I do"
Spam comment which reaffirms that you blindly believe everything in the Bible/Book of Mormon (or if not blindly, you haven't given a reason as to why you believe it)
"Why is there no use of talking because I am Mormon?"
Not really relevant to the thread and you also ignored Partydevil's question.
In other words, speaking with you is like holding a conversation with this:
Whenever I try to argue with that app, it always wins
Dude...use circular logic..it has no idea how to handle it
Do you believe that every word in the Bible and BOM is true?
Yes I do
1) -Then I'm guessing you don't shave? Since it is a sin -And you follow the rule that the woman must leave the home when on her period? -And you believe in Adam and Eve? Even though it is a complete contradiction to our existence? (why initially create 2 people...2 sole people who were to be the only 2 people on Earth..when you have countless souls that must inhibit Earth?)
2) *sings South Park tune* Joseph Smith was a prophet, dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb
"Deut. 4:31 For the Lord thy God is a merciful God." "Numbers 25:4 And the Lord said to Moses, Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the Lord against the sun, that the fierce anger of the Lord may be turned away from Israel." So god is merciful- but do exactly what he says in order to avoid his wrath.
"Judges 1:19 And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron." So god is weaker than anyone who can destroy a war engine that's several thousand years out of date.
"Book of Mormon 9:31 Condemn me not because of mine imperfection, neither my father, because of his imperfection, neither them who have written before him" "1 Nephi 19:6 Nevertheless, I do not write anything upon plates save it be that I think it be sacred. And now, if I do err, even did they err of old; not that I would excuse myself because of other men, but because of the weakness which is in me, according to the flesh, I would excuse myself." Joseph Smith himself admitted that he may have been wrong.
Well god said we have are freedom of choice and thats the peoples choice to do what they want.
I can't say for the Book of Mormon but the Bible doesn't say this.
Do you believe that every word in the Bible and BOM is true?
Yes I do
Don't see how that's possible. Internally the Bible is contradictory. Further than that the creation of the Book of Mormon was at least in part based on claims that the Bible contained errors.
This would seem to make your belief system internally contradictory on a number of levels.
Worse than this you are getting your information from a third party without any means of verifying the validity of these claims made in these texts.
It would seem any position taken on such shaky information should be put to the wayside. For the sake of this post not being completely off topic, that would go for the belief that homosexuality is wrong.
Wait, I thought this thread was about homosexuality?
Earlier in the thread, Page 96:
I think Homosexuality is wrong God wanted man and women to be with each other not man and man.
Earlier in the thread, Page 87:
I think it's wrong to be queer. Eve came out of Adam's rib, not anyone else. Females were made to be suitable partners to men. And that's how it's supposed to be.
Page 82 (Not explicitly religious, but implicitly so):
I think that we should show the TRUTH IN LOVE and teach them to change and see their faults and not just condemn them. though that needs to happen in order to show them it is wrong. shunning them is not the answer but neither is keeping it ok when at terms with them.
Page 80:
I really don't care if two guys/girls are living together but getting married and having sex is just wrong. As a christian, I don't see why anybody would be homosexual.
Page 78 (not explicitly antigay, but implicitly so):
Jesus saves, doesnt matter what manner of sin your in, just invite Him in=) God's Love is bigger then our love.
I think it's wrong, there are males and females for a reason. If it was meant for us to be together homo then they wouldn't of came up with boy and girl. But I don't really care what tickles your fancy as long as you don't bother me I'm fine.
And? I'm continually baffled as to why anyone cares that homosexuality does not produce offspring. What does that have to do with how someone feels about someone else?
