wrong forum dude.there are already stickys of how to get merits and other crap.you seem new though so it is a mistake that is often made.it is also under the rules and guidelines thingy.
You can get a merit by creating a very good comment on someone's profile or on a game. Only Administrators and, I think, Moderators can give merits. Btw this was all in the newcomers guide and your post should probobaly not be in forum games.
