The only rule is that you have to find the name of the previous song to be allowed to post new lyrics ^__^ I guess there's no rules against "foreign music", just try to don't make that too much hard xD
You made it WAY too hard for us Schmiddy1234... these lyrics will only be guessed by either actually knowing that song (slim chance) or having the (let me check, right...) South Korean nationality there... try to keep it within boundaries to actually give people a chance to guess them correctly!
So foreign music would always be allowed, but pick an easy one to help others along more, for example: Rammstein - Ich Will? This song has higher chance to be guessed than a local celebrity of course! Just an example...
