No cats really do have that many vocal cords, google it.

Most of your arguments are based on abstract articles which are easily as accurate as the claims I'm making (Which I could also easily back up with far more sources)

@Deathless950 On the laughing thing,I read that when your tickled by another person,laughing is a panic action.The reason you can't tickle yourself is because your brain senses no threat,so you can not panic,and since you can not panic,you can not laugh...that's what i read so I don't know if it's true or not

It depends on your definition of tickle, but part of it is the surprise element that can not be created by the individual.
