Hey guys, I made this post as well almost half a year ago but since I wanted some new opinions I started it again so...
What do you think is best nation flag. So it has to be a nation. Nations that do not exist anymore are allowed.
Mine is the one of Sri Lanka:

One of my favorites is the old local flag of Tokelau.
Though it isn't technically a nation, I still love their flag.
Another one I've always liked is that of Panama. I suppose I just like the way the red, white and blue are arranged.

Ahm... whay is that 'creepy' schmiddy? I fail to see the creepy-ness of this flag and what it stands for... =/
As for the flags... according to Doctor Sheldon Cooper Ph.D. - Sc.D., a "Nation" is descibed as this : "A nation may refer to a community of people who share a common language, culture, ethnicity, descent, or history. In this definition, a nation has no physical borders. However, it can also refer to people who share a common territory and government (for example the inhabitants of a sovereign state) irrespective of their ethnic make-up."

I agree with danielo I love the Israeli flag because it represents the fact tht Israel is a state of its own.

Because it's not a nation flag, d'uh.
I quite like the Kenyan flag, because it looks nice, but also because of the symbolism of the colours and the emblem. Black is for the people, red for the blood flowed during the fight for independence, and green for it's natural riches. The white bars are for peace. The Masai emblem (shield and spears) 'rotects' those values.
