Hey guys, I made this post as well almost half a year ago but since I wanted some new opinions I started it again so...
What do you think is best nation flag. So it has to be a nation. Nations that do not exist anymore are allowed.
Mine is the one of Sri Lanka:

I'm not such a fan of the ol' pattern of colored stripes or star sequence adopted by so many Eurasian nations
I have to say the Walsh flag is my favorite not just because i live there but i love dragons :P
Ah flags. I think I've posted on a flag thread before, but I forget. That was like two years ago.. or last year.

Well, you guys probably know mine. The Danish flag. Not because I live here, because that is not something to be proud of, but because of the history, the age and the fact it is more a symbol of joy and happiness than national pride.
And no pictures, because we already have hyper sized pictures in this thread, and you can go look it up yourself.
You guys are all wrong. The best flag is Nepal's. It is the only flag I know of that is not square.
It's tough to narrow it down to just one that I'd consider my favourite... 
The Japanese flag is very minimalistic but still serves as a great representation of the land of the rising sun. 
The Molossian flag is awesome, well, just because it's one of my favourite micro-nations. 
The flag of Yorkshire because, even if it isn't recognized as a nation, we like to think of ourselves as independent from England (yet still thoroughly English).
