Have you tried refreshing the last page of the topic?
I posted at some point, went to do something else, went to the front page and saw that someone had replied to the topic. But somehow they still wanted me to wait for 30 seconds after those ten minutes of waiting, going to the front page and clicking on the topic again.

When this happened to me yesterday once I refreshed the last page it went away.

It does with me as well, but it is still pretty messed up considering it's not like I am backspacing back to the thread. There is no reason for it to think less than 30 seconds have gone by at that point.
It's just completely... Screwed up. Everything. And the forums are messy to look like and the dates just... stab me in the eye in its most annoying way. Yeah, sure, all the whines, all the complaining, they are probably having some grand scale plans for all this, but for a bunch of people who have been unable or unwilling to change aspects of the site that is actually broken, but sees no reason with messing with stuff that is somewhat working, and manages to break it again with no mention, no reasoning, no explanation, and seeing no reason to change it back until they have the entire code done... They could be doing a lot better. And using all that energy on something helpful instead of aggravating the core user group by messing with the one thing that keeps them here.
I don't know. It seems like every time they touch this site, they end up leaving more glitches than we already had. I am not paying for use of the site, so I guess I can't tell them what to do, but hell... This is not working out.
Well, the admins should listen to the feedback of unhappy users on their site, shouldn't they? It would be nice if an admin would check the forums once in a while and take some words in, and actually do something about it, lately I feel the admins are neglecting the random feedback on the forums and whatnot, maybe even this whole site in general, but it could be because they are busy working on finally releasing and merging AGv3 with this site, which sure does take a while. But like I said, nobody tells us anything, unless I missed some super secret post where somebody does actually explain everything in detail.
Yes, they should. In fact, I suggested earlier in this thread that someone should email the admins and post the reply on this thread so we can find out what is going on.

An annoying glitch, but yes once refreshed it seems to be alright.
Is anyone else getting the glitch where you post something, return to the thread and it, along with most other comments are gone? Refreshing a few times seems to bring them back, but yet another inconvenience.

I'm having something similar. I have to hard refresh if I want to see if any changes have happened to the threads. So I won't know if someone has posted unless I refresh the actual thread.

Perhaps what i mean, but said in much better terms.
If i click on a thread it will say for instance, i am the last person to post on it, but if i refresh the page, there will be an extra 10 posts, made hours earlier, that don't show up upon first click.
I can't tell if fewer people are posting throughout the various sections of the forums, or if their posts just aren't showing up yet due to the glitch.
It looks to be a combination of both, but it sure makes for a slow day in forum land.
Huh, that's weird. The site logged me out after hitting the submit button in a forum game. I think that's a new one.
However, the pages had updated when I logged back in again. I guess the only way to see the most up-to-date version of the forum is to log out and then back in again.
