Since the popular thread from 2011 has gone to hell with outdated images, false page redirections and 4 blank pages of deleted posts, I think it's time to start anew for the 2012 community.
I'll start out by posting some strange (but real) sodas I found on Google. You can be the ones to determine whether or not you'd ever try any of them.
The label on the last one is real, but the flavor is fake. You'll have to learn the Jones way of doing things.
Chips are another favorite when it comes to bizarre flavors.
^ Those BLT chips are actually not too bad.
And, of course, the Canadian classic...
If you know of any strange flavors or you just happen to find some online, post them here. Pictures are always appreciated.
I noticed also while my last post was submitting that the gummy bacon is strawberry flavored. They could have at least tried to make it taste like bacon.
And what is Maak De Smaak? Is that like the Dutch version of shoop-da-whoop?
it was a contest to "make the flavor" ("do us a flavor". in english contests). winner gets 25.000 euro. and 1% of the sales profit of 1 year. and the winning flavor stays in the store for "forever".
Oh, that's a lot of bizarre flavoured chips. Too much in just one page lol.
What flavor is the Dragon Punch?
It is supposed to be cherry flavoured, but I read a review and they said it tasted like Red Bull. So honestly I don't know.
That's an interesting container to put them in. Definitely bizarre in that aspect. That one side appears to be hexagonal. I wonder why they decided to put it in such an odd package rather than just a regular Kit Kat wrapper.
Yes, it's quite peculiar. It is clearly targeted to children, so I guess that's why it's designed that way and with really cute drawings. Inside of that box, you can find several individually-wrapped bars like this:
Actually I just discovered this strange energy drink.
If you want to see really weird energy drinks, you should visit Harcos Labs website. I can't believe this is all real and how somebody could come up with these ideas. The most surprising drinks are called Mana & Health potions, obviously dedicated to all of the avid gamers around the world. Here's a picture.
That is a lot of Lays. The one that catches my eye is the cucumber flavor. How do they expect to flavor chips using something that has almost no flavor to begin with?
