What computers does your school have? My school has Dell Optiplex 745s... they can get mighty slow and glitchy at times but are pretty good. How about you?
We have some kind of Dell Optiplex, which I swear is the most popular business/school computer on the planet. I see them everywhere. No laptops or netbooks, though.
Why would the FBI give a school money to buy computers?
about 120 Mac(new-ish ones), a massive lot of average/bad quality HP desktop pc, about 60 HP Mini laptops for languages(which take 40 min to long you into the school network), and about 60 really, really slow old PCs idk what brand.
Though recently I am indifferent since I got banned for playing pacman and before that I hacked in the command prompt and start to send the entire class pop up message.
Macs. I'm homeschooled though. Well, ok you know me. Just look at my name.

Because unlike you, I'm in a special school for getting exceptional testing scores in elementary school You see, the recent War-On-Terror has prompted the FBI to persuade the government to set up special training schools to properly orient future contractors and employees to most effecitvely serve the military commanders who use us for our skills.
So while our mess hall was recently updated with a few posters of Uncle Sam and other such propaganda, I have to manage with an archaic hexcore processing unit, and view my training sims on Max-Predator Stealth Drone missile command in 50K bit vids. It's quite aggrivating, seeing as us recruits in the 'Blackbox Commando Training Class TC04-14' tend to get the hand-me-down equipment from the guys who are going into the FBI and CIA. Guess thats what happens when you let those two agencies run the show. :/
Some are new HP/Dell, others are really old Dell laptops. Some of the programs we use only work on the old computers, others only work on the new computers. It's strange because some teachers have done the project every year, yet somehow they still give us the wrong laptop, and we get to redo our whole project the next day.
When I was in elementary school, there were only Macs there (I saw at least three versions throughout my time there). When I went to high school (which I am in right now), the Business, Computer Studies and staff rooms have Dells, while the Communication Technology class have Macs (the latest version).
My school has macs, there are macs in almost every classroom and all the teachers have macbook pros. We are pretty rich, lol. They are pretty great to use.
Not sure about the exact brand, but our school recently got new desktop PCs for the library. The teachers and computer rooms still have to put up with 10 year old desktops with Windows XP though, and the internet speed is just terrible =/
