Germany vs Italy must have been a great match. I was unable to watch it but still can't believe Italy pulled off the upset.
About Buffon, most expensive does not equal best, also Buffon is getting old now and IMO many teams would rather have a different goalkeeper on their squad than Buffon now.

The game was pretty one sided for most of the match. Germany didn't show up for 90 min but turned it on in the 4 extra time minutes. It was wayy better than the Spain vs Portugal game though but I have the world cup champs taking it.
So do I. That is why I am so mad that Germany lost. I think Germany would have a better chance of beating Spain then Italy. I have to admit that it was a good game.
wow Italy beat Germany that's crazy seriosly I thought Germany was going to win this game then win the finals too but oh well so how was there 14 pages in this forum yesterday and now I see 16.
