2023. Science went too far. The best scientists in the world came together under the common goal of making the perfect soldier. One that wouldn't feel pain, would never let feelings get in the way, and would never lose the will to fight. And they kind of succeeded. However, these new soldiers lost all sense, and only knew aggresion and survival. They killed every human they saw, and within a year after their drugs got out, the infection had spread all over the world, and nearly everyone was either dead or infected by 2025. Now you have only one goal in mind as one of the few remaining sane people on Earth: to survive.

Intelligence: (This affects how well you can use advanced equipment such as computers, security systems, and vehicles, and you are able to spot weaknesses and tactical opportunities better, along with gaining skill in lock-picking, hot-wiring, etc.)
Charisma: (This affects how well you can interact with other survivors. Raise it high enough and they might give you some free equipment and help, and will also become less likely to try and stab you in the back while you sleep.)
Accuracy: (This affects how well you can aim ranged and thrown weapons, and you are able to throw things farther and more precisely.)
Perception: (Affects how much you can see at a glance, you'll find more stuff when exploring/scavenging, and all you're senses are sharpened so you can sense survivors/zombies/equipment/etc. better.)
Luck: (Affects all stats slightly, zombies are less likely to detect you, you are more likely to scavenge better stuff, etc.)

Classes:
Scavenger: +4 Perception, +4 Stealth, +2 Strength. As a scavenger you will find more stuff while scavenging, and are able to move faster and more stealthily.
Hunter: +4 Accuracy, +4 Strength, +2 Charisma. Hunters are fully trained to track and kill zombies, they are the strongest of the classes and can many times be used to defend others and keep themselves from zombies.
Recon: +4 Stealth, +3 Perception, +3 Intelligence. Recons work best as scouts. They are able to find useful stuff and avoid zombies more easily than others, but aren't too strong in combat.
Sniper: +4 Accuracy, +3 Intelligence, +2 Strength, +1 Charisma. Snipers are the best gunners of all the classes, and are best with ranged weapons. They often times can be used to pick off zombies before they get too close, and are great at combat.
Commander: +4 Intelligence, +4 Charisma, +2 Perception. Commanders are the leaders of the survivors, they are most influential to others and are very good at using their environment for their own good.

I will respond again in 5 hours, and start a game with whoever has joined by then. After that, anyone else can join but they will not have the benefit of starting with other survivors.

It opens it mouth to speak, and moves it's mouth to form words, but the only sound that it creates is somewhat similar to two rocks being scratched against eachother, or broken car trying to start up. You can't make out anything. It attempts to speak for a bit, and then stops again, staring at you and standing still. While it does this, you are also able to find a few useful things in the desk: A sandvich, two water bottles, a flashlight, and a few more pistol rounds, along with a note. What next?

Well, firstly read the note. Then give the creature a smile, say excuse me then slip past it, chatting with it but not asking it any questions in case it's inability to respond frustrates it. Try to get a sense of whether it's in distress or hostile or anything. All the while she'll continue to search around for another exit. If possible, start securing the doors and windows and use the station as a rest area. Also check to see if they have a shower, no reason to run around filthy just cause it's the end of the world.

You do so. The first two are beaten easily, though they are able to scratch you a bit. But then, s soon as you take a step into the doorway and towards the straightjacket zombie, it lets out a loud, high-pitched screech. Your ears start bleeding, and your head swirls as you take a few steps back and run into the hallway wall, vision blurry and fuzzy. A few seconds later, your vision clears but your head still hurts, and you see the infected take a step towards you. Now what?

Tucks the note away, being very careful not to let her demeanor change and carrying on with her search to buy time while she considers her options. She tells the creature she's going to call it "Blinky", using that name as she continues yammering at it casually while searching, now looking for signs of another struggle, wondering if Blinky was the one the note referred to or if there was another. Without any better options, she opts to head back to the front door,checking for any surprises that might be waiting for her when she hit's the streets and telling blinky to stay in the station, that she's going to secure the door behind her and will be back in a bit, hoping that if Blinky is the creature from the note, it will not be set off if she keeps acting calm and friendly. If it does as asked, she will come back to check on it, as it is something different from the others, and although it may be dangerous, this may be the best time and place to assess a potential new threat. Plus the precinct is fairly clean and will make an excellent safehouse. Additionally, if there is something else out there, it's just not in her to leave poor Blinky to fend it off on her own.

Takes a moment to explain to Blinky that she has to go out and scavenge for supplies to keep them both going, and promise not to leave Blinky alone again. If she wants to, Blinky can even come with her though it's dangerous out there. If Blinky still won't let her by, it's too much risk to force the issue especially while relatively safe. Instead Angela will look around for an alternative exit or a shower and a place to bed down, even a place for Blinky too. Of course, not being completely daft and not knowing if Blinky may try suddenly to eat her, she keeps her hand on her hip, so she can get to the pistol quickly if things go south.
