That's your latency, delay, how long it takes to get a connection. Like on the news when a reporter is on the other side of the globe and it takes a few seconds for them to hear what the person in the studio is saying. Smaller is better. Your score of 22ms means it took 0.022 seconds for the signal to reach them. The average blink is 0.300 seconds, so less than 1/10 of a blink.
Man my upload speed is shocking today. Down is about par for the course though. Thing about Aust internet is that it's so bloody expensive though, you won't believe how much I pay for this outdated cable, and you won't believe that I have a data limit of 100gb both ways, boooooooooo.
I wanna upgrade to DOCSIS 3.0, apparently you get up to 75mbps down. Then you get people like Tony Abbott dissing the (also outdated before it's even laid down) National Broadband Network (which might do what, 200-250mbps?) promising to repeal it or something and saying stupid **** like "I am absolutely confident that 25mbps is enough for every household."
My internet is way worse because I live in the countryside its not that big a deal I just have to download stuff overnight, gaming is fine but can get laggy if people in my house watch videos online or download stuff.
Dap, your interwebz is not slow, I would kill to have it. We pay for 3MB per second but that's a rate occasion, maybe about an hour every day or week, that being during day of course. Generally I get about 1-2.5MBPS with 1/2 upload and about 50MS of lag. Of course time warner cable just could t be available here which really sucks because I once downloaded something and it about 2 hours (granted it was on a worse day) but then my friend (who lives a few miles away and has it time warner) downloaded it in about 20 minutes. It is so enraging never getting halfway decent download speeds, and even if we paid for higher we would only get that much on the rarest of occasions.
