so i was thinking yesterday that although my game take the castle is working as i would like, it is boring. although it keeps me busy with lots of things i must pay attention to, the players say "i raid" and sometimes "i buy 1 heavy infantry unit." so i have devised a new dungeon crawler game that i think any active forum participator will like. here is the intro- (this is a mid-evil era game)

One day, as you are sitting in your cottage, you hear a knock on your door. you go to answer it. standing there is a man in long purple cloaks (keep in mind that is the sign of royalty). you cannot see his face or any part of his body, as the cloak covers it all. he seems...friendly-ish, but before you can say anything he begins.
"Hello! my name is sir Acrobis of the Deminin family. i am here because i am looking for brave adventurers to help me forfill a quest...a very dangerous one. have you ever heard of the legendary dragon's gold?" you think for a moment, but you do not recall of it. "well legend has it that in a town very close to here a dragon has millions of pounds of gols stashed away in an underground safe...and i am trying to assemble a team to recover it. everyone participating splits the loot. Do you accept?" you say of course, beacuse you wont turn an offer like this one down. however, the following events are foggy.

Rules:
1. i am the only one who determines outcomes of anything. you NEVER will say "i decapitate xyz monster and then run down a hall." instead, "i attempt to decaptiate xyz monster." big difference.
2. If/when you become in a party, battling will be different. i havent worked this out yet, but i can tell you this, if your not posting every 2 days, you may be subject to be taken out temporarily to permanently
3. godmodding is strictly forbidden
4. if you die, you are done. you may restart, but EVERYTHING you had will be destroyed.
5. arguing will NOT be tolerated

Notes:
1. observe EVERYTHING. one of the major functions in this game will be to observe the room. if you enter a room i will give you obvious things, but most everything important or even special you will have to take a turn and observe for.
2. every peice of armor will have stats, rarity, and resell value, because there will be AI vendors in this game
3. everyone is on the same map. i cannot stress this enough because its very important. i will sketch the map, and is possible to go into a room that has already been explored
4. enemies will, for the most part, scale to your level. but in some instances they may not. bosses will not present themselves to you obviously, and if your very weak i may say "dont not go in there unless you plan on dieing."
5. PvP is going to happen, unless you want to baby through the game and never hurt a soul.
6. everything you do in this game will factor towards your alignment. i will tell you what you are and inform you of changes.
7. XP will be gained by killing monsters. PvP kills will be worth TONS. leveling up increases base stats. i will tell you when you gain XP
8. I will always update your CS (character sheet), not you. there is a format i want it in, and it will be that way.

indeed. I was hoping for a knight, but you don't always get what you want.
I fixed your CS because you messed up a little but that's ok. heres your starting scenario:

you wake up. you know, or at least think, that you were sleeping, not unconscious. your laying down, on your back, facing upwards. you cant see anything. you move your arm, and fell something hitting it. you realize your in a coffin thats laying down.

actually, thats not what happens. you wave your torch at the lizard, but realize that theres a key on its belt (its not wearing pants, but it has a belt.) then, as your about to walk away, something startles you. you turn around to see a man in tethered clothes behind the cage.
"help...me..." he says, in an extremely raspy voice. he is standing like a monkey, using his hands and feet to stand because he doesn't seem to have the strength. the lizard moves closer to you until its right next to you, then it sticks its tongue out and hits the man with it. he falls backwards. the lizard watches him, and doesn't seem to care about you.
"Vastaaha!" it yells.

I would have let you leave, but this is important.

you shoot a fireball at the lizard.

mkay before I continue and you rage, im starting a rule on magic. this will effect neo as well once he starts. magica is now something you run out of. each spell will cost magica, you will run out of it. you can use as much magic as you want until you run out of magica, and you will then use a potion to replenish it. magica will restore to full every day at midnight. every mage will also start out with a magica potion. hand magic will not cost magica but you can only use it twice a day. im not letting this game be as easy as "I rape him with my fireballs." and for your trouble I give you a free complimentary XP point.

the fireball hits him in the arm, and starts burning him. however his scales seem to weaken the power. he draws his sword and rushes towards you, with his other arm slowly roasting.

you take the torch, then continue. the hallway leads for some time before you see an opening where you believe there is a large room. as your about to walk in, you hear something crash behind you. you turn around to see a short, green goblin charging you with a mace. as you take an arrow out, it hits you in the left thy with the mace. this blows you back, but you can still walk. you now have an arrow notched.

yes actually, if you choose necromancy your alignment will probably shift until you can prove your good. lightmancy also proves destructive and evil as well.

your magica reset, so you lost 5 for a total of 15.

your aim isn't the greatest, but you manage to hit it in the head. it shrieks horribly, with its left arm nearly disintegrated. it manages to graze your right shoulder with its sword before collapsing. loot it.

you leveled up. this is crucial, I will explain what decisions you must make.
1. you get 2 stat points to put into anything.
2. being a level 2 mage, you must now choose your element.
lightmancy:
using the power of thunder, lightning, wind, rain, and light. they strike destructively at even low levels. they can summon storms, create stunning light, and summon elementals at higher levels as well. true destruction. weak to necromancy.
pyromancy:
this is all about fire. nothing in the pyromancer's arsenal is underpowered, its all raining fire or throwing fire or manipulating it at higher levels. weak to thermiclergy.
thermiclergy:
these people specialize in the sheer power of winter an ice. they can thrive in harshly cold conditions and manipulate them to create a true playing field. throwing ice, creating water as well, and at higher levels the summon of freezing arctic plains. weak to nothing, but they are weak themselves compared to the others.
necromancy:
summoning the undead even at low levels, they can twist reality at higher levels. raising skeletons to fight for you are key here, and other spells support those moves.

depending on your type, your spells will chage, unless your a pyromancer.

when you level up, your current magica stays as it was so you still only have 15. I will update your spells to what they should be. however since the whisp was a tome it stays fire, and it wont be as powerful now that your thermiclergic.

you find 50 gold on the monster along with the keys. you can take his sword, but it would be pointless, unless you planned on selling it.

you take the keys and free the man. he falls in front of you.
"thank you ever so kindly my friend...for that brave act of self defense and kindness I will show you something."
he leads you into the back of the cell, where you see a treasure chest. its unlocked and open.
"I picked the lock in my spare time. not hard when your figure nails are an inch long. you can have it all for freeing me, it was originally the monster's."

I thank the man for giving me the treasure chest. I then take it and offer the man the sword that the monster was holding so that he would have a way of defending himself in the future. I then observe what's in the treasure chest.I also say that could come with me and look for the dragon's treasure, or he could leave. If you come with me and we find an exit out of this place, you could leave if you want.
