Physical Conditioning sounds good. But formations I don't know about. Then again, I'm not the Drill Master here. Hopefully that smithy's getting the equipment here quick. I'll send two emissaries, one to try and get more recruits, and the other to check on the smithy. His equipment may have been ambushed by bandits or something.
